Hey, mama. How ya doing over there?
Just had your 6-week visit and can’t believe you’re cleared for sex?
Hallucinating because you’re in the middle of your 7-month old’s sleep regression?
Wondering if you have a prolapse or an anal fissure but don’t know how to find out for sure?
Feeling less connected to your non-mom friends and craving women who get you?
Got all kinds of feelings bubbling up under the surface about to explode?
WE SEE YOU.
We know it’s not easy to open up about what’s really going on in that baby bubble—with your body, relationships, identity, all of it.
Sometimes it might feel that this is stuff you’re “supposed to” manage solo. I’m a mother after all, doesn’t this just come with the territory?
Women who keep it real and share openly about their struggles too – vs. trying to paint a picture of perfection about their motherhood journey.
Women who can hold space for your stories and challenges without judgment – vs. those who can’t handle the not-so-pretty yet very real stuff.
Women who genuinely want to support each other and help each other thrive – vs. compete and compare and talk behind each other’s backs.
When we’ve got mamas on speed dial, a sacred circle of women we chat with, and resources to help us thrive in this wild period of life, we feel way more capable and way less alone.
A 6-week virtual mom group co-hosted by pstprtm co-founders Anne Omland and Alissa Alter
that helps you honor your truth, heal your body with intention, and build a community that will nurture you.
Safely and comfortably share your truth and get the encouragement you need to honor it.
Hear from other mamas in the thick of it with you and share about shared challenges and lessons learned.
Be guided by two women’s health experts who are mothers and carry a wealth of knowledge to help you thrive in mind and body.

What’s it like to hang with Anne and Alissa?
It’s like a high kick and a snuggle at the same time.
Anne is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator, Women’s Health Coach, Doula-in-training, and the master of creating sacred healing experiences for mamas and mamas-to-be. In her former career, she was a VP at a Fortune 500 company, struggled with workaholism, and later found it challenging to become pregnant. This experience awoke her to the deep disconnect in not only how our systems of care support mothers but also between her and her body. Six years and 3 little ones later, she’s found a passion in supporting women as they look to conceive, navigate pregnancy, and transition into new motherhood. She’s a midwesterner married to a Canadian living on the east coast with her kiddos and her dog, Murphy.
She is Mother Earth energy mixed with a side of humor, and she will always remind you to come home to yourself.
Alissa is an Author, Speaker, Women’s Health Expert & Motherhood Advocate, author of Unstuck: From Understudy To The Study Of Your Undercarriage, and host of the podcast Myth of Motherhood who is all about cracking open the taboo topics of pregnancy and motherhood. A former Broadway performer and certified Pilates instructor specializing in pelvic health, she uses movement, mindfulness, and good ol’ education to help mamas and mamas-to-be stop suffering in silence so that pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum can be healing and empowering stages of life. By sharing women’s stories, she believes we can initiate change toward better postpartum care. Alissa is a very excited mom and loves practicing cartwheels and handstands with her son.
She brings a wealth of expertise about the female body to the table and wraps it all up in a comedic bow. She will always give you permission to honor your truth and set those necessary boundaries.
